In your own time. Record the conversation, or write the answers down as you go, whichever feels more natural for the two of you.
However you did it, recording or writing, send it to Amanda when you are ready. There is no deadline.
Add Amanda's write-up straight away, with a free digital copy or a paid printed book, or just get the kit and decide about all of that later, once it is actually done.
Every story will be finalised by Amanda, even here. This is not a hands-off product: when you are ready for the write-up, she reads everything herself and puts the finished story together, the same as any other project.
Real photographs woven through, and QR codes that link back to the original recordings, so the finished book carries the actual voice, not only the words on the page.
The kit itself, once it's available. Adding the write-up, and choosing a digital copy or a printed book, will be options once you're ready.
